Privacy policy

Aladdin's Auction respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you register we collect your name, email, phone number, address and a payment card. The card is stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or keep the full card number. We also keep your bids, invoices, pickup records and messages you send us.

How we use it

To run auctions, charge invoices, arrange pickup or shipping, prevent fraud, answer your questions and, if you agree, send you auction announcements by email or text message. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that help us run the auction (payment processing, shipping, email and text message delivery) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to count visits.
