Delete your bidder account
You can delete your Aladdin's Auction bidder account yourself, on this website or in our phone app. It takes about a minute.
How to delete it
- Sign in with the email you bid with. We email you a 6-digit code.
- Open My account and tap Delete my account at the bottom.
- Tick the box to confirm and tap Delete my account.
What we delete
Your name, email, phone number and address, your card on file (removed from our payment processor), your watchlist, and the phone app alerts on every device. You are signed out everywhere and nobody can sign in to this account again.
What we keep
Your past invoices, bids and pickup or shipping records, without your name or contact details (shown as "Deleted bidder" with your paddle number). The law requires us to keep sales records for taxes and accounting.
When you can't delete it yet
While you have an unpaid invoice, bids on lots that are still open, or lots you won that haven't been invoiced, picked up or shipped yet. Your account page tells you which, and you can delete it as soon as that's settled.
