Pickup is at 120 Wilson Ct, Nicholasville, KY 40356 (Mon–Thu 12–5:30 PM). Bring your invoice and a photo ID. Bring help and a vehicle big enough for your lots. Lots are held for 3 pickup days (Monday to Thursday only); after that they are forfeited with no refund and a $50 restock fee is charged per invoice.
Shipping
We ship anything, any size. After the auction we email you a shipping quote: the carrier's rate plus packing and handling. Small and medium items ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx; furniture, large appliances and items over 150 lb ship by freight on a pallet. Once you pay the quote, we pack and ship within 3 business days (freight can take a few extra days) and email you the tracking number. The price on each lot page is an estimate; your quote is based on the packed box. Shipped items are insured for the price you paid; report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Prefer to pick up? You can always pick up instead.
Payment
Winning bidders are charged the card on file after the auction closes. If the charge fails you will get an email with a link to pay.
