Small size fits necks 9 to 14 inches (22.7 to 35.6 cm), for dogs about 10 to 20 lb such as Jack Russell Terrier, Pug, or Shih Tzu. Small and medium items ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx; furniture, large appliances and items over 150 lb ship by freight on a pallet. Once you pay the quote, we pack and ship within 3 business days (freight can take a few extra days) and email you the tracking number. The price on each lot page is an estimate; your quote is based on the packed box. Shipped items are insured for the price you paid; report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
